Choose a private lesson if You prefer that the instructor trains only with you and your friends, and you don’t want to join the group, or if you have accumulated questions about your surfing and want to practice specific maneuvers and details of your surfing technique.
The price includes the surfboard, wetsuit, reef booties, lycra.
Duration of the lesson: 2 hours, which includes the theory, ground practice, practice with the instructor in the water, photo/video analysis after the water practice, where Your instructor will explain all the details about your surfing and will suggest, how you can continue your surfing practice to keep on progressing.
Available languages: English, Spanish, Russian, Italian, Latvian. Please consult, which days/hours are available if You prefer a specific language.
NB! To book a specific day and time for a class, You should make a request by clicking on the button below. When we receive Your request, we will contact You and offer an available day and time for the lesson(s). Or contact us and we will offer to You available day and time for the lesson. The lessons are scheduled based on the timing of the tide, in any case we cannot predict the forecast 100% and it may happen that we have to change the day/hour of the lesson due to weather conditions, which sometimes changes unexpectedly before the lesson. Make sure you provide the correct phone number and email address so we can reach You!
Discount for Residents of Canary Islands: If You’re booking a lesson with the discount for the Residents of Canary Islands, You have to send or show us surf lesson participant permanent residency document: green NIE or Spanish ID + recent City Hall address register (empadronamiento/not less recent than 1 year ago). If You can’t present this documentation, we will ask You to pay the full fee. There is no refund available if You can’t present valid permanent residency documents.
How can I reschedule the lesson?
If for some reason You cannot come to the lesson, You can reschedule it for another day, informing us through WhatsApp or Telegram the night before till 6:00 p.m. Or if You cancel Your trip, You can use this activity within 6 months after the payment date, if you informed us at least 48 hours before the lesson.
How can I cancel the booking?
It is not possible to cancel a booking or activity package that You have already booked. If for some reason You cannot come to the lesson, You can postpone the lesson for another day, informing us through WhatsApp or Telegram the night before till 18:00. Or if Your trip is canceled, you can use this activity within 6 months from the date of payment, if You have informed us at least 48 hours before the lesson.
Is there a place where to leave my stuff during the lesson?
In our surf school, You’ll find a comfortable area, where You have boxes to leave Your stuff safely, a shower, WC, rest area.

What should You bring for the surfing lesson?
You should take with You: swimsuit (to put under the wetsuit), towel, waterproof sunscreen, drinking water, flip-flops, a copy of your passport saved in your phone.
Please don’t bring rings, earrings, etc. Or leave take them off before the water practice. It’s not allowed to wear it during the water practice.

We always meet in our surfing school in Las Americas at the hour of the lesson.
